We are the place MSP owners get help delivering business intelligence to their clients - without having to learn new skills or hire new team members.
We have been in the business intelligence game for over twenty years and have worked with companies around the world. We've got the experience that your clients need when they are looking for assistance with any business intelligence project.
We grew out of a need we saw in the market to offer "white-label" business intelligence services to MSP's. It was a natural fit because we're total BI nerds, and MSP's are already their clients' trusted IT providers. What MSP's kept telling us was that business intelligence was just enough outside of their wheelhouse that they weren't super-comfortable offering those services.
At the same time, MSP's would tell us that their clients were looking elsewhere for those services and that often resulted in a client moving to an entirely different MSP altogether.
Well if we're totally honest, it's because we weren't good enough singers or guitarists to become heavy metal rockstars.
But aside from that, we wake up every single day asking ourselves how we can help small and mid-sized companies make better, faster, and less-risky business decisions by using the data they have locked away inside their systems.
And after going out into the market and wrestling down clients on our own, one special MSP owner made the lightbulb go on for us when they asked us for help with a project for one of their clients.
And the rest, as the saying goes, is history.
We love data, we love business intelligence, and we love helping businesses succeed in this area.
And we happen to find ourselves really clicking with MSP owners because what we each do is so complimentary.
Our model is dead-simple - unless you're actually dead - then nothing is all that simple.
But seriously, the way we work with MSP's is simple, powerful, and a lot of fun.
We sign up MSP's onto our MSP BI Program (okay, we're great at business intelligence, but nto the sharpest knife-in-the-drawer when it comes to naming things).
This program is a straight-forward arrangement where we share the revenue we charge any of your clients for the business intelligence work we do.
And since 90% of the work we do is recurring revenue, you build greater monthly revenue for MSP at the same time you make yourself "stickier" with your client.
It's literally a match made in heaven.
